Senior Technician
Experience Required: 2–5 Years Requirement: 15 Backup: 1 Total: 16 Working Location: Ulsoor, Mahadevapura, Hennur & Marathahalli locations
Key Responsibilities & Role:
1.
Expert Diagnostician: Handle advanced technical issues and troubleshooting for CBU bikes and other premium models.
2.
Advanced Engine Repairs: Perform complex engine diagnostics, suspension repairs, and electrical system maintenance.
3.
Supervising Technicians: Mentor junior technicians and guide them in their daily tasks.
4.
Quality Checks: Perform final checks and inspections on all serviced bikes.
5.
Customer Liaison: Occasionally interact with customers to explain technical issues and repairs.
6.
Problem Solving: Provide solutions to difficult or unique technical challenges.
7.
Training & Development: Share expertise with the team, offering on-the-job training for junior technicians.
8.
Technical Support: Offer technical support to Service Advisors to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
9.
Advanced Tool Usage: Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment for complex repairs.
10.
Test Riding: Conduct thorough test rides for performance and safety verification.
11.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service work, parts used, and time spent.
12.
Parts Handling: Ensure proper management and usage of premium parts, avoiding wastage or errors.
13.
Customer Feedback: Handle customer feedback related to technical services and propose improvements.
14.
Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in technical processes and recommend enhancements.
15.
Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols in handling high-end bikes.
