About the Role
Basic Home Loan is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing Home Loan Sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in the housing finance sector while working closely with customers, channel partners, builders, and real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive home loan sales through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and process adherence.
- Monitor market trends and share relevant insights.
- Track and report sales performance regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Finance, Sales, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in direct sales and/or home loan sales preferred.
- Good understanding of home loan products, processes, and documentation.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven approach
- Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) and Field Sales experience
