We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on departmental tasks and deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and office communication.
- Assist management in process improvements and operational planning.
- Maintain MIS reports and operational data.
- Support HR, Accounts, and Administration functions as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience in operations, administration, or office management is preferred.
