Job Role:
1.Understanding Hiring Requirements Discuss with managers about job vacancies. Understand job roles, skills required, and experience needed. 2. Sourcing Candidates Post jobs on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia. Search for candidates through job portals and databases. 3. Screening Candidates Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial HR screening calls or chats. 4. Interview Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Inform candidates about interview details and process. 5. Candidate Communication Answer candidate queries about salary, role, and company. Maintain professional communication. 6. Selection & Offer Process Inform selected candidates. Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
