The candidate must be able to
Product & System Design
· Design automation equipment, systems, and components using CAD tools. Generate accurate 3D models and 2D technical drawings.
Concept Development
· Support in brainstorming and concept generation for new automated solutions based on customer or internal requirements.
Technical Documentation
· Prepare and maintain detailed drawings, BOMs
· Work with cross-functional teams including electrical and manufacturing to ensure smooth integration of designs.
Design Validation
· Assist in prototyping, assembly, and testing of systems to validate design intent and functionality.
Compliance & Standards
· Ensure design compliance with applicable standards such as ISO, CE, and internal company protocols.
Support Manufacturing
· Provide support to production and assembly teams during the build phase, including issue resolution and modification.
Tool Proficiency
· Use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
Continuous Improvement
· Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and suggest improvements for performance, and manufacturability.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
