Job Summary
A Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role involves product demonstrations, customer service, inventory support, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.

- Monthly sales achievement.

- Conversion rate (walk-into sales).
- Product knowledge and upselling performance.
- Attendance and adherence to store procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
