Role Overview
Clove Dental is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GMB & Online Reputation Management (ORM)
specialist to manage and strengthen our digital presence across Google and key social/review platforms. The role
requires hands-on execution of Google Business Profile management across all clinic locations and proactive
monitoring of the brand's online reputation to ensure a consistently positive patient experience is reflected online. Key Responsibilities
GMB Management & Local SEO
* Create, claim, and verify Google Business Profiles for all Clove Dental clinic locations. • Optimize GMB listings with accurate business information, categories, attributes, photos, services, and
clinic details. • Manage and respond to Google reviews, Q&A, and posts while ensuring regular profile activity and
engagement. • Monitor GMB insights including views, calls, clicks, bookings, and direction requests, and share
performance reports. • Conduct regular profile audits and implement optimization strategies to improve local pack rankings on
Google Search & Maps. • Perform local SEO activities including local keyword optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, and location page optimization. • Coordinate with clinic teams to drive authentic patient reviews and strengthen online reputation signals. • Handle GMB suspensions, reinstatement requests, and coordinate with Google Support for issue resolution. • Track competitor performance, local search trends, and Google algorithm updates to identify growth
opportunities. • Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth
execution of local SEO initiatives. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
* Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and ratings across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X
(Twitter), Quora, MouthShut, Justdial, IndiaMart, Sulekha, and other relevant platforms. • Respond to patient reviews — both positive and negative — in a timely, empathetic, and brand-consistent
manner. • Develop and execute strategies to generate authentic positive reviews from satisfied patients. • Identify and escalate harmful or fake reviews; coordinate removal or flagging with platform support.
* Monitor and manage brand-related conversations, comments, and mentions across social and review
platforms. • Support crisis communication when negative PR, review spikes, or brand attacks emerge online. • Coordinate with the customer service and internal teams to resolve patient complaints reflected in reviews. Reporting & Analytics
* Track and maintain GMB and ORM performance data including review ratings, response times, and ranking
changes. • Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders. • Flag trends, anomalies, and reputation risks proactively to the reporting manager. Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in GMB management and/or ORM. • Solid understanding of Local SEO principles and Google's local ranking factors. • Working knowledge of Google Business Profile Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. • Familiarity with major review and social platforms: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Quora, MouthShut, Justdial, etc. • Excellent written communication skills — ability to draft empathetic, professional, and on-brand responses. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, multi-location profiles efficiently. • Basic understanding of SEO concepts such as NAP consistency, local citations, and business schema. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across teams effectively. Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience handling GMB suspensions and reinstatements. • Exposure to multi-location or franchise brand GMB management. • Understanding of online sentiment analysis and reputation scoring. • Prior experience in the healthcare, wellness, or dental industry is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹11,718.18 - ₹50,245.21 per month
