About the Opportunity
GotoFastLane is looking for an experienced Senior NetSuite Application Support Consultant to join a long-term Application Management Services (AMS) engagement supporting a large global organization with over 50,000 employees.
The client has recently completed its migration from Microsoft Great Plains to NetSuite and is seeking an experienced consultant to support the post-go-live environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on system enhancements, production support, and continuous process improvements while collaborating with global business teams.
This is a part-time remote opportunity with strong potential to transition into a full-time role as the engagement expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for NetSuite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite to meet evolving business requirements.
- Implement enhancements and support continuous process improvements.
- Support Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Financials, and OneWorld.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
- Assist with reporting, data validation, and compliance-related activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and documentation of support processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting or application support experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld.
- Experience supporting post-go-live NetSuite environments.
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Procurement, and Financial modules.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite Certification.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains migration projects.
- Previous AMS or Managed Services experience.
