Position Title: Advisory Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Advisory Support Executive from the Mutual Fund industry to manage and streamline our tele-calling operations. This role is responsible for leading customer communication through calls, guiding clients on mutual fund investments, resolving queries, and supporting sales and advisory teams with accurate product knowledge and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end tele-calling process for client engagement and advisory support.
- Educate and guide clients regarding mutual fund products, NAVs, SIPs, and investment strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of AMCs, SEBI regulations, and fund performance to provide informed suggestions.
- Coordinate with the advisory team to ensure clients receive personalized investment advice.
- Track and report daily call performance, feedback, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies during client interaction.
- Address customer concerns or escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, advisory, banking, insurance, or related industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
