About the Role
We are looking for an AI Generalist who can identify, implement, and optimize AI solutions across different business functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI tools, automation platforms, data, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business processes where AI and automation can improve efficiency.
- Implement and manage AI tools for HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments.
- Develop AI-based workflows, chatbots, prompts, and automation solutions.
- Use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms for business applications.
- Automate repetitive tasks, reporting, documentation, and data-processing activities.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend suitable AI solutions.
- Support teams in adopting and effectively using AI tools.
- Conduct research on new AI technologies, tools, and applications.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights using AI and automation.
- Work with internal teams to test, implement, and continuously improve AI solutions.
- Ensure appropriate data privacy, security, and responsible use of AI.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, etc.
- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into AI/automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in AI, automation, data analytics, technology, or a similar role.
- Experience in the NBFC/Finance/BFSI sector will be an advantage.
