Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Executive to support the organization's Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and office administration. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage employee documentation, personnel files, and HR records.
- Coordinate employee induction and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishments Act.
- Handle employee confirmations, resignations, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining employee discipline.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HRMIS records.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, office maintenance, and security services.
- Handle procurement of office stationery, supplies, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain office assets and inventory records.
- Coordinate vendor management, AMCs, and office maintenance activities.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics as required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of HR operations and labour laws.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum.

Probation & Leave Policy
- Probation Period: 3–6 months (based on performance).
- During Probation: No paid leave entitlement. Any leave availed during this period will be treated as Leave Without Pay (LWP) unless specifically approved by management.
- Post Confirmation:
- 20 Paid Leaves per calendar year.
- 12 Regional & National Holidays as per the company holiday calendar.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
