Job Summary
PlanMyWay Tours is looking for a passionate and confident Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, explain tour packages, and convert leads into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Explain domestic & international travel packages to clients
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website & advertisements
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with clients regarding itinerary, pricing & bookings
- Maintain proper follow-up records and customer database
- Handle customer queries on WhatsApp and calls professionally
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Positive attitude and customer handling ability
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling / Sales / Travel Industry
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Graduation preferred
