Role Overview:
As the Automations & Integrations Senior Specialist at Rosotravel, you will take full ownership of our automation architecture. Your mission is to solve business challenges and continuously streamline our day-to-day operational processes. Operating with high autonomy, you will design scalable integrations, connect platforms, and relentlessly eliminate manual work to help our company scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with operations, marketing, sales, analytics, and development teams to translate business needs into concrete automation solutions.
- Independently creating and maintaining integrations and automations between systems, applications, and platforms.
- Building workflows in n8n as the primary automation tool, while leveraging Make and Zapier as secondary tools.
- Building lightweight, custom integrations (JS, Python) when no-code/low-code tools are insufficient or not cost-effective.
- Configuring webhooks, API connections, data processing logic, and data flows between various services.
- Monitoring automation performance to identify issues and implement improvements, enhancing process efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Documenting implemented processes, scenarios, and integration logic.
- Ensuring the security, accuracy, and stability of data exchange between systems.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT roles.
- At least 2 years in automation/integration roles using n8n Zapier.
- Diplomas, certifications, portfolio and/or case study demonstrating the possession of the required skills.
- Solid programming skills in JS and Python (building endpoints, custom connectors, and integration helpers).
- Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, effective automation architectures.
- High accountability for the quality, stability, security and maintainability of implemented systems.
- Advanced Data Integration: Deep expertise in APIs (authorization etc), webhooks, JSON, data mapping, cross-system data processing and data security principles.
- Experience integrating popular SaaS tools, CRMs, forms, mailing systems, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, databases, or admin panels.
- Experience in creating clear, maintainable documentation for technical and business workflows.
- Fluent English (B2/C1) for technical documentation and communication.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Make and/or Pabbly.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and SQL.
- Understanding of server environments, containerization, and general DevOps fundamentals.
- Experience with automation and integrations in ERP, booking/reservation, e-commerce, or advanced marketing automation ecosystems.
- Experience in managing automation backlogs, prioritizing initiatives, or coordinating team deployments (ideal for a leadership path).
Availability and tools:
- Fast and stable internet connection and reliable equipment for remote work.
- Availability to work 8 hours per day (between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CET/CEST), Monday to Friday.
