Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sample development with Merchandising, Cutting, and Production teams.
- Arrange fabrics, trims, and accessories required for sample preparation.
- Track sample progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain sample records, approvals, and documentation.
- Ensure samples meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate sample inspections before dispatch.
- Prepare packing lists, labels, and dispatch documents.
- Track sample deliveries and maintain dispatch records.
- Organize and maintain the sample room and reference samples.
- Provide regular sample status updates to the Merchandising team.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel, Textile Technology, or any degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in garment sampling, merchandising, or production support.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple sample requests.
