Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
Naturals Beauty Academy, Poonamallee is looking for an experienced and passionate Skin Trainer to train and mentor aspiring beauty professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge in skincare treatments and excellent teaching and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Skin & Beauty training sessions for students.
- Demonstrate facials, clean-ups, bleaching, waxing, threading, and advanced skincare techniques.
- Guide students with practical hands-on training.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and training quality.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Support students in assessments, certifications, and placement preparation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Skin Therapist or Skin Trainer.
- Certification or Diploma in Beauty Therapy/Cosmetology.
- Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional appearance.
