We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional for the role of IT Support & ERP Implementation with our India-based global client, a leading provider of mechanical and engineering components serving diverse industrial sectors worldwide.
The role involves managing day-to-day IT support activities while actively participating in ERP implementation, user training, system maintenance, and process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless business operations.
IT Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT infrastructure maintenance and support.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and user access controls.
- Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
ERP Application Implementation & Support
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Gather user requirements and coordinate with ERP vendors for customization and enhancements.
- Provide user training and support for ERP modules and business applications.
- Monitor ERP system performance and resolve application-related issues.
- Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
- Support data migration, report generation, and system integration activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective ERP utilization and process improvement.
Key Skills & required relevant experience :
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Support or Technical Support role.
- Prior experience supporting ERP systems and/or business applications.
- Hands-on experience in front-end client/user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, network, and system administration concepts.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with end users, vendors, and internal teams during ERP implementation and support activities.
Office location : Patal Ganga (Company transportation available from Panvel)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
