Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in network management and troubleshooting, including routers and firewalls.
- Support with IP management, DHCP, DNS, and resolving basic network issues.
- Learn to configure and monitor firewalls and VPNs, including basic security measures.
- Help in managing endpoint security tools and antivirus solutions (Symantec, TrendMicro).
- Assist in the administration of Windows Servers (2008/2016/2019).
- Support in storage solutions setup and management (QNAP, Buffalo, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues, such as slowdowns and hardware malfunctions.
- Assist in asset management, including using tools for IT inventory management.
- Help with user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and setups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of networking and firewall management.
- Familiarity with Windows Servers.
- Basic understanding of endpoint security tools.
- Good problem-solving skills for troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
