We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & HR Executive to manage daily operational activities and support human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Monitor and manage day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and employee orientation.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, HR, Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and documentation tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with operational reporting and coordination.
- Familiarity with HRMS or ERP systems is a plus.
