Key Responsibilities
- Contact schools, colleges, sports academies, clubs, builders, and commercial clients through calls.
- Explain company services related to sports flooring and turf construction.
- Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports.
- Share project details, quotations, brochures, and company profiles via WhatsApp/email.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build strong customer relationships for future business opportunities.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of telesales/telemarketing
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Malayalam(basicHindi,tamil) preferred
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in telesales, construction sales, or sports infrastructure preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
