Role Overview
As a Tech Marketing & Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and close software and digital solution projects for Forty V.
You will work closely with the analysis and technical teams to understand client requirements and present suitable technology solutions including:
- Business software systems
- Mobile & web applications
- Automation tools
- Analytics dashboards
- ERP/CRM solutions
- Operational optimization systems
- Custom business software
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, communication, strategy, and business development.
Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
- Understand business problems and identify software solution opportunities
- Present Forty V’s services and solutions professionally
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs
- Follow up and convert leads into paying clients
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships
Marketing
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and outreach campaigns
- Help position Forty V as a premium technology solutions company
- Create and manage lead generation strategies
- Support branding and promotional initiatives
Coordination
- Work with the analysis team during client requirement gathering
- Coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility and timelines
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of software, apps, websites, or technology solutions
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Sales mindset with negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client pain points and business operations
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing is a plus
- Prior experience in tech sales, software sales, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory
