JD for Lead Admission Counsellor
● Lead a team of 15-20 tele callers in their sales
● Audit calls of the In-house team and suggest changes in pitch, tonality, communication, etc.
● Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each admission counsellor to govern their performance and suggest improvements
● Prepare calling SOPs, modify existing processes and suggest improvements
● Maintaining the admitted students’ database
● The candidate should be willing to take up marketing-related field work in addition to admission counselling work. Participate in BTL activities for branding, visibility, and marketing, etc
● Help the marketing team with ideas on how to improve the process, and also participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
● Should be hands-on with Google Suite (Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, etc.)
● Adept in preparing and analysing data of the tele callers, such as calling time, TAT to call leads, lead to application conversion rates, etc.
● Act as an SME - Subject Matter expert in solving queries and auditing calls of the team
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in the Kannada language (speaking) is preferable
2. Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
3. Candidate with a Graduation as a minimum qualification
4. 3-5 years of experience in a telecalling sales lead role is preffered
Pay: ₹30,408.34 - ₹60,474.76 per month
