Urgent Hiring | Special Educator (Experienced)
Rainbow Child Development Centre, Gurugram is looking for an experienced and passionate Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation team.
Position
Special Educator (Full-Time)
Location: Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Special Education (RCI Registration preferred).
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability (ID), Learning Disabilities (LD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and other developmental conditions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and parent counselling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized Special Education sessions.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Work collaboratively with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, ABA Therapists, and Psychologists.
- Provide parent guidance and home programs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience, clinical skills, and interview performance).
