Responsibilities:
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist role.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate targeted leads
- Build and manage prospect lists based on industry, location, and decision-makers
- Send connection requests, follow-ups, and outreach messages
- Generate qualified leads for IT services & IT Solutions (Network Cabling, Softwares, Meeting Room Solutions, web development, mobile apps, digital marketing)
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
- Targeting: Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using advanced filters (geography, industry, seniority) to surface matching leads.
- Lead Nurturing: Track real-time alerts for "triggers" like job changes, news mentions, or recent posts to initiate relevant conversations.
- Engagement: Master InMail outreach and personalized connection requests, ensuring high response rates through tailored messaging.
- Relationship Mapping: Use TeamLink to identify internal company connections that can provide warm introductions to key decision-makers.
- CRM Integration: Sync all Sales Navigator activity with the internal CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to maintain a single source of truth.
- Content Sharing: Utilize SmartLinks to share trackable content and gauge prospect interest based on viewing behavior
Requirements:
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to identify and target the right audience
- Basic understanding of sales process and client handling
- Experience in IT Sales industry preferred
