Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership for the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school.
* Ensure compliance with all CBSE norms, policies, affiliation requirements, and statutory regulations.
* Drive curriculum planning, instructional quality, academic monitoring, and student achievement.
* Mentor, coach, and evaluate faculty through regular classroom observations and professional development.
* Foster a culture of innovation, discipline, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
* Lead school operations, admissions support, staff performance management, and quality assurance initiatives.
* Promote student well-being through effective guidance and counselling.
Qualifications & Experience
* Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
* B.Ed. is mandatory.
* Proven experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school.
* Strong understanding of CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws, Board Examination processes, NEP 2020, and school accreditation standards.
* Demonstrated expertise in academic leadership, school administration, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong counselling and mentoring abilities for students and staff.
* Proficiency in academic observations, teacher evaluations, and school improvement planning.
