Our digital campaigns generate a high volume of qualified leads, and we're building a high-performance core sales team to convert these leads into loyal customers.
Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)
Product Presentation: Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers—tailored to each customer’s needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, follow up consistently, and guide clients through the purchase journey.
CRM Usage: Maintain accurate lead records and update status in CRM software / tracker sheets provided.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets and KPIs.
Feedback Collection: Understand customer objections and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
Cross-Selling: Suggest complementary products and add-ons to increase order value.
1] Experience: 1–3 years in telesales or inside sales (B2B or B2C); furniture or Large Appliances (beauty industry) experience is a plus.
2] Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a bonus).
Comfortable working with CRMs / MS office / Excel Spreadsheets and using tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc.
Ability to handle high lead volumes and multitask effectively.
Candidate should have an experience of working on Complete Outbound tele-calling activity.
3] Attitude: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Willingness to learn about salon/spa furniture products and industry trends.
