About the Role
We are looking for a Freelance YouTube & Instagram Growth Strategist with experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, shoot, script, optimize, and grow social media channels for doctors, clinics, and healthcare brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies for YouTube and Instagram.
- Create content calendars, video concepts, and scripts.
- Conduct content shoots at clinics and healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate video editing and content publishing.
- Optimize YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, captions, and hashtags.
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in YouTube and Instagram growth.
- Experience working with healthcare, dental, medical, or wellness brands.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, Shorts, Reels, and content strategy.
- Ability to independently manage content planning, scripting, shooting, and growth initiatives.
