Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who can lead integrated marketing across creative strategy, social media, performance marketing, and e-commerce marketplaces. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and strong analytical skills to drive brand growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop 360° digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and marketplace channels
- Plan budgets, forecasts, and growth roadmaps
- Identify new customer acquisition and retention opportunities
Performance Marketing
- Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid platforms
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC, conversions, and revenue growth
- Conduct A/B testing and funnel optimization
E-commerce & Marketplace Management
- Oversee performance on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
- Manage product listings, catalog hygiene, and visibility
- Plan marketplace promotions, ads, and growth initiatives
- Coordinate with category and operations teams
Social Media Marketing
- Lead content strategy and monthly social media calendar
- Drive engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Plan campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling
- Monitor trends and competitor activities
Creative & Brand Communication
- Guide creative direction for ads, banners, and campaigns
- Collaborate with design and content teams
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Conceptualize campaign themes and messaging
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance across channels
- Share actionable insights and optimization plans
- Present monthly dashboards to leadership
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor digital marketing team members
- Coordinate with sales, category, and tech teams
- Manage agencies and external partners
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in performance + marketplace + social media marketing
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce growth strategies
- Excellent understanding of digital funnels and customer journeys
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Leadership and project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce distribution or digital agency
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with CRO and retention marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
