Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in field sales and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity and results.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits to support and guide the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis reports for management.
- Design territory allocation and sales strategies for maximum market penetration.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales team members.
- Ensure proper execution of sales processes, policies, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Field Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in sales strategy, team handling, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
