Hiring: Maintenance Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager
Location: Ambernath MIDC
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Professional to lead maintenance operations for a chemical manufacturing plant.
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure high equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve plant performance.
- Lead Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance teams.
- Monitor PM compliance, MTTR, MTBF, shutdowns, and turnaround activities.
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, contractors, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and Operations for smooth plant functioning.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Chemical Plant & Utilities Maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS, SAP/ERP systems, reliability engineering, and maintenance best practices.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ASME/IS standards will be an added advantage.
