Roles & Responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers daily to explain company products/services.
- Identify customer needs, pitch the right solutions, and drive sales conversions.
- Maintain a clean and updated database of prospects in the CRM/Excel sheets.
- Follow up diligently with warm leads to close the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed daily calling targets and monthly sales KPIs.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and functional English.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cold calling or telesales.
- High energy, convincing power, and a target-driven mindset.
- Easy daily commute access to Andheri East.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
