About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Human Resources to lead the complete HR function across the Rahane Group, a diversified business group with operations in Real Estate, Finance, IT, and Media.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the Founder, Directors, and senior management.
- Build scalable HR systems, processes, policies, and SOPs.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and a performance-oriented culture.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across junior, middle, and senior levels.
- Manage critical and leadership hiring requirements.
- Develop hiring strategies for Financial Services/Stock Market and Real Estate teams.
3. Performance Management
- Design and implement KPI/KRA-based performance management systems.
- Manage appraisals, promotions, increments, and incentive processes.
- Identify performance gaps and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Analyse attrition and implement corrective measures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.
6. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary administration.
- Ensure accurate processing of salaries, incentives, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and Full & Final Settlements.
- Strong working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
- Manage PF/ESIC registrations, monthly contributions, challans, returns, declarations, and related compliance.
- Handle statutory notices, inspections, queries, and audits wherever applicable.
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws, payroll taxation, PF, ESIC, and statutory regulations.
7. Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs across departments.
- Design effective onboarding and induction programs.
- Develop leadership development and career progression initiatives.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
- Track key HR metrics including:
- Employee turnover and attrition
- Time-to-hire and recruitment cost
- Employee productivity
- Absenteeism
- Performance ratings
- Employee engagement
- Use HR analytics to support management decision-making.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
