Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- Strong understanding of SAP FIORI design principles and Gateway service development.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP FIORI applications and Gateway services.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP backend integration and OData service management.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and functional teams to deliver comprehensive support solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
