Experience: 4–10 years in QA/QC with experience in residential high-rise Mivan projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect Mivan formwork, reinforcement, and concreting works.
- Conduct pre-pour and post-pour quality checks.
- Ensure construction complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor concrete quality through slump tests, cube casting, and strength testing.
- Prepare and maintain quality documents such as IRs, MIRs, ITPs, checklists, and NCRs.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and site teams.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support quality audits and ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Mivan formwork systems.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures, IS codes, and concrete technology.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹524,136.30 - ₹1,068,512.27 per year
