Job Summary
We are looking for a creative E-commerce Product Photographer & Videographer to produce high-quality product images and videos for our online gemstone store. The primary responsibility is capturing professional product photos that enhance our website and marketplace listings, while also creating engaging video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Photography (Primary Responsibility)
- Photograph gemstones, gemstone jewelry, and related products for our e-commerce website.
- Capture high-resolution images with accurate color and clarity.
- Perform macro photography to highlight gemstone details.
- Set up lighting, backgrounds, and camera equipment for consistent results.
- Edit and retouch product images for website, catalogs, and online marketplaces.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all product listings.
Product Videography
- Shoot premium product videos and 360° product showcases.
- Create short demonstration and promotional videos for online sales.
- Record close-up videos that showcase gemstone brilliance and quality.
Reel Editing & Content Creation
- Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create engaging promotional content for Meta Ads and social media.
- Add captions, transitions, branding, music, and motion graphics.
- Develop creative content ideas for product launches, offers, and educational posts.
E-commerce Content Management
- Prepare images and videos for website uploads.
- Organize and maintain product media files.
- Ensure all media meets e-commerce quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in product photography for e-commerce.
- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and macro photography.
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and short-form video editing.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience photographing jewelry or gemstones.
- Macro photography expertise.
- Product styling and creative direction.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
Location: Palakkad, Kerala
