The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director will provide high-level administrative, financial, and legal support. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of finance & taxation, sound legal knowledge, and the ability to manage critical communication, documentation, coordination, and compliance tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage and prioritize the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a single point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
2. Financial Support (CA Inter Expertise)
- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, MIS preparation, and variance reporting.
- Coordinate with finance, accounts, taxation teams on ongoing matters.
- Review financial statements, compliance reports, and transaction documentation.
- Support the Director in evaluation of business proposals, investment decisions, and cost analysis.
3. Legal Coordination (LLB Requirement)
- Draft, review, and coordinate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Liaise with legal consultants and ensure timely updates on ongoing matters.
- Support in compliance with regulatory requirements (ROC, RERA, GST-related legal aspects, etc.).
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, notices, and legal communication.
4. Communication & Reporting
- Prepare high-quality business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates, progress reports, and project tracking.
- Facilitate smooth flow of communication between senior leadership and operational teams.
5. Project & Task Management
- Assist the Director in strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Track progress of assignments and ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain structured documentation and database for ongoing business matters.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- CA Inter (mandatory) with strong understanding of finance, accounts, and taxation.
- LLB degree (mandatory) with knowledge of legal drafting and compliance.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, financial acumen, and legal interpretation skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
