Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with hands-on expertise in injection molding machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling of machinery.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molding husky machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize machine downtime
- Ensure proper functioning of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
- Coordinate with production team to ensure continuous operations
- Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements
- Handle spare parts planning and inventory control
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of injection molding husky machines
- Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Team handling experience (preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Preferred Industry: Plastic / Injection Molding husky / Manufacturing Industry
