Sirohi aims to be a global brand for sustainable, handcrafted products that are considered ‘affordable
luxury – think the scale of Fab India fused with the quality and brand ideologies of Good Earth.
Existing Set up
Sirohi has a manufacturing and ware-housing facility in Muzaffarnagar where we work with over 350+ artisans. We aim to develop 6 monthly product collections in-house while collaborating with artisan clusters across the country to design & handcraft product that are aligned with our design language.
Sirohi is currently grant-funded, and is looking to raise institutions capital to set up retail presence across India and partner with distributors internationally. We have a B2C and B2B sales strategy so all products in our portfolio are considered ‘affordable luxury’

Location: Gurgaon, Travel to Muzaffarnagar (project site) as required
Compensation: CTC INR 7-10 L based on experience and Skillset with ESOP options
Management: Mid-Senior Level with 5-7 years of experiences working with an established brand with
proven product launches

Core Skillsets
- Strong understanding of industrial design and use of 3D modelling tools to showcase visuals for designs that we aim to implement
- Strong understanding of rope waving materials, natural fibres and weaving styles to make woven furniture, home décor products
- Ability to operate in a fast paced start-up environment for quarterly/bi-annual product launches
- Ability to work with artisans and production teams in a manufacturing set up for organised production, by setting up SOPs for design and quality to be standardised in a craft set-up
- Love for sustainability and strong interest in circular design
- Ability to work with large retail buyers clients to convert their ideas into actual designs
- Macrame, Crochet, Rope Weaving, Natural Fibres, Outdoor Living Furniture
- Should have worked with an established brand to launch product collectionsAdditional Skills
- Good knowledge of artisan based businesses in India and interest in scaling globally
- Good Understanding of scaling and working in a sustainable start-up to lead and set up a sourcing and
design team
- Knows and understands rope weaving techniques like warp and weft, macrame that can be applied to making woven furniture since all our products are hand woven with the extensive use of ropes.

- Should be able to travel to our project sites in Muzaffarnagar and other places 2-3 times a month as required
- Good leadership and management skills to work with a team of Interns/product designers and merchandisers
Impact
Through this hands-on learning placement, we give you the responsibility to help and work closely with our local artisans, so they understand the constant need to develop new products and techniques to create sustainable products, that can be launched in an International market and are at par with product design houses of global repute.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
