Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Outreach Coordinator to support candidate enrollment for our short-term skill development programs conducted at our Hosur Training Centre.
This is primarily an office-based role with minimal fieldwork. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective candidates from the leads provided by the organization, counseling them about the training programs, and converting them into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls using leads provided by the organization.
- Explain the skill development programs clearly and professionally.
- Counsel and guide candidates regarding course benefits, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and ensure successful enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and enrollment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate admissions and onboarding.
- Conduct occasional outreach activities, awareness programs, or field visits whenever required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and local stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW) (Mandatory)
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in community mobilization, counseling, tele-calling, admissions, outreach, or a similar role. Freshers can also apply.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Hosur-based candidates preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone throughout the day.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email, etc.).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
