What you’ll do
The AR Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end receivables process, including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations, to ensure timely cash inflows and accurate accounting.
- Generate and validate customer invoices
- Track outstanding receivables and drive collections
- Perform customer reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Post and allocate customer payments in ERP
- Monitor credit limits and exposure risks
- Manage billing disputes with internal teams
- Prepare AR aging, MIS reports, and DSO analysis
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Improve cash flow & collection efficiency
- Maintain accurate and clean AR aging
- Strengthen customer relationships & credit control
What you’ll need
- Strong AR process knowledge
- ERP (SAP) & Excel proficiency
- Good communication & follow-up skills
