Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Officer Cum Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining the products, and converting prospects into customers through effective telephonic sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain the product for sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or product sales.
- Experience in product sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
