Job Summary
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring customers, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Convert prospects into customers through effective communication and relationship building.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track prospects through the sales cycle.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Support negotiations and closing activities.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Qualify incoming and outbound leads.
- Build and maintain a robust lead database.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Manage CRM records and customer interactions.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Promote company products and services through digital channels.
- Support social media marketing and content promotion activities.
- Participate in events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional programs.
- Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
