Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory.
- Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives/Sales Executives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members to monitor performance and provide on-ground support.
- Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility in the assigned area.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships with distributors and stockists.
- Conduct training and motivation sessions for the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Maintain discipline, reporting structure, and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and team handling.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling General, Ethical, or Nutraceutical divisions will be preferred.
- Strong doctor and distributor network in the assigned region.
- Ability to manage pressure and achieve business targets effectively.
