PRISH Accounting & Auditing is a leading professional services firm providing expert accounting, auditing, and compliance solutions. We are expanding our digital transformation team and are looking for a skilled Odoo professional to drive our ERP initiatives.
Role Summary
As an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules to optimize our internal and client-facing business processes.
Key Details
- Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi (On-site)
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Odoo-specific experience)
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities1. Technical Development
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and Odoo ORM.
- Design and modify QWeb reports and integrate third-party APIs.
- Manage PostgreSQL database operations and performance tuning.
2. Functional Mapping
- Analyze business requirements and map them to standard Odoo workflows.
- Configure core modules including Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, and HR.
- Perform Gap Analysis and suggest the best-fit Odoo solutions.
3. Implementation & Support
- Handle end-to-end implementation, including data migration and system testing.
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support to end-users.
- Conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Odoo Knowledge: Solid understanding of Odoo’s framework and modular architecture.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business logic.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo.sh and Git version control.
- Familiarity with Odoo version migrations.
- Previous experience in the Service or Accounting industry is a plus.
