Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD modules based on business requirements.
- Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Configure and maintain:
- Enterprise Structure
- Sales Organization
- Distribution Channel
- Division
- Sales Office & Sales Group
- Configure Sales Documents, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories and Copy Controls.
- Configure Pricing Procedures, Condition Records and Pricing Determination.
- Configure Output Determination, Partner Determination and Text Determination.
- Configure Shipping Point Determination and Delivery Processing.
- Support Billing and Invoice processes.
- Configure Credit Management and Availability Check (ATP).
- Coordinate with MM, FI, PP and WM teams for cross-functional integration.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout and enhancement projects.
- Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Prepare process documentation, SOPs and user manuals.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
