Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews.
- Manage the offer and onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets within the specified timelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
