We are looking for a Parts Executive to manage spare parts operations, inventory control, billing, and coordination with service teams and customers
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in spare parts handling or inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of automobile/equipment spare parts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/DMS, Email).
- Ability to manage stock and multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle spare parts sales and customer inquiries.
- Maintain stock availability and inventory records.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with service engineers for parts requirements.
- Ensure timely ordering and dispatch of spare parts.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of parts.
- Maintain proper documentation and stock reports.
- Follow up with vendors and customers regarding parts delivery.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of spare parts.
- Support warranty and failed parts management activities.
- Maintain ERP/DMS entries and update records regularly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
