Faculty Profile – Persona, Behaviour & Discipline (PEP)
Role Purpose
To facilitate the development of students’ persona, behaviour, discipline, and professional readiness through experiential workshops, behavioural interventions, and competency-based assessments within the Personality Enhancement Program (PEP).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate experiential workshops and simulations to develop competencies such as communication, critical thinking, teamwork, leadership, persuasion, problem solving and negotiation.
- Coach students to improve confidence, interpersonal behaviour, and professional conduct.
- Assess student performance using competency-based rubrics across persona, behaviour, and discipline parameters.
- Monitor student habits including attendance, preparedness, participation, and meeting deadlines.
- Mentor students through feedback, reflection logs, and development plans, and support capstone evaluations.
Desired Profile
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Organizational Behaviour, HR, or Leadership Development.
- 5 years + of experience in behavioural training, leadership development, learning & development, coaching preferable in higher education or corporates.
- Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer / Personality Development Faculty will be highly preferred.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and student engagement skills with the ability to balance coaching with discipline.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
