Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive (Fresher) to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling daily posts, and supporting digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with the marketing/design team for creatives and campaigns
- Track basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, followers)
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creativity and interest in digital trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
- Certification/course in Digital Marketing or Social Media is a plus
