The ideal candidate will be responsible fordriving team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring agents, and ensuring high- quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve sales andrevenue targets. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor individual as well as team KPIs. Provide regular coaching, CRM training, performance reviews, and constructivefeedback to team members. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to generate high-qualityleads. Allocate, manage, and track leads efficiently to maximize conversion ratios. Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure smooth workflow and discipline. Support team members during client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures whenrequired. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners. Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industryregulations. Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities and share insights with theteam. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to seniormanagement. Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Foster a positive, result-driven, and collaborative team culture.
