Role Overview: We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who understands attention, marketing psychology, and performance creatives. Your job is simple: create content that stops scroll, drives engagement, and generates leads.
Key Responsibilities: Design creatives for ads (Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp campaigns) Create social media posts, carousels, and thumbnails Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) Work on promotional videos, product explainers, and hooks Maintain brand consistency across all creatives Collaborate with marketing team for campaign ideas Quickly iterate creatives based on performance data
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design & video editing Strong command of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar) Understanding of social media trends and ad creatives Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks in first 3 seconds Fast execution (speed matters as well as perfection) Basic understanding of marketing / ads is a big plus
Bonus (Not Mandatory): Experience in performance marketing creatives Knowledge of motion graphics Worked with startups or fast-paced teams
